Lessons learned:

Accept and move on: not every component in a project goes as we planned due to various internal and external factors, the core thing is together we will find another way to solve the problem, not to spend time blaming.

Respect others' resource: different person has different capability, to let them do on their own possibility will bring the best work. The best work is the work completed with high quality, not the work with dozen tasks but do not meet any requirements.
