Big Event: Le Bros was in charge of sponsors calling and my team participated modestly in taking care of sponsorship benefits in the event (logo appearance physically, on 3D mapping, on livestream...)

 

Sponsored Event: One of the main sponsors was VNPT with its product re-launching was VNPT Pay, this was an appropriate time for VNPT to re-introduce their application to the audience in one of very few large-scale events in 2020. Because VNPT got a VIP space near to the stage, the key purpose was to get audience download VNPT Pay app to have access to the VIP space in order to enjoy the big event without hustling (the big event attracted around 20,000 people) whilst raising audience's awareness about the brand and its application. 

This event was also my main focus and my team had sharply 7 days till Christmas to get everything done, which included:

• Communicated with client thoroughly in the whole project

• Quotation

• Worked with the event team in planning, producing and execution stage

• Managed the project process in general

• Cooperated in managing the event flow and supported the event team with other tasks

• Controlled all sponsorship benefits at the event and media benefits afterwards

• Paperworks

 

Lessons learned:

• Be mentally well-prepared in any event: a real-time activity going on especially in a thousand-people scale event, things go wrong but what truly important is to be calm and solve the problems one by one

• Be careful and double-check everything: there is always small things/details on the way that I might miss that can cause problems later on and it is too late to fix, so be firm at first and it will be peaceful later
