Relaunching Brand Identity

Originated from a subsidiary of Vietnam Airlines in the 1990s as Pacific Airlines, then equitized with a foreign shareholder to become Jetstar Pacific. In 2020, due to a strategic change, Jetstar Pacific Airlines returned to the old name Pacific Airlines with a new mission, therefore, changes about brand identity needed to be taken place.

My Role

This was one of my very first task as a Project Management Executive, I did not take part in fully but supporting internal work as:

Project management: monitor the internal design team to submit the work on time that aligned with client.

Paperworks: mainly I collected data and prepared the acceptance report for Project Manager

Lessons learned:

  • Arrange things logically: the first thing to notice of how my work can affect others if it is not put in order in an easy way for readers, small change makes big impact

  • Prioritize the right thing: my real confession is that was the first time I made an acceptance report by myself, as normally I really care about visual in a powerpoint. So, it took a lot of time for me just to choose the suitable template, elements or even effects to do that report, which was unnecessary at all and took more time than it should be to finish.

*All of my work in this project had a support and training from a Project Manager, I sincerely give my manager the credit as I could not complete the job properly without her
